Sweet Tooth Specialty Cakes has been creating distinctive wedding cakes and specialty cakes since 2001. Anne has taught beginning and advanced cake classes for several years. She learned fondant and gum paste techniques from Earlene Moore of Texas, and now she teaches those same techniques at the Culinary Center of Kansas City.  She also contracts as the specialty cake pastry chef for the Culinary Center of Kansas City.
